The Olives used to make this oil are hand-picked from the dry land orchards growing close to the Renosterveld fynbos on the Alexanderfontein farm. The fynbos plays an essential role in the characteristic and uniqueness of this Extra Virgin Olive oil. Fynbossie is a well-balanced, fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lingering pungency and beautiful persistence. With aromas of fresh herbs and fynbos, almonds, green grass, green fruit, and citrus.  Perfect on fruit salad, plain yogurt, ice cream, salads & vegetables.  We only make a small amount of these oils, thus it is a limited edition and the perfect present to take home as a remembrance of your visit to Darling and all the unique flowers.
