Maida Flour

Maida in English refers to “All-Purpose Flour.” It is a refined flour made from wheat and is commonly used in baking and cooking for making bread, cakes, pastries, and various Indian snacks like puris, parathas, and samosas. In Nepali, it is simply called “मैदा”(Maida).
