Pleincoeur Oval 145 Silicon Mould

A journey between tradition and innovation.

From the collaboration with Pleincœur, the boutique of renowned Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric, comes Heritage, a collection that celebrates pastry as an art form, elegantly reinterpreting the tools of the past to give life to modern and surprising creations.

Pleincoeur has created the Heritage collection as a tribute to the pastry-making skills passed down by our grandmothers. Drawn from memories, it was within the family that the story of old moulds was born. Pleincoeur wants to bring this gift from our grandmothers back into the spotlight. Pleincoeur tells our personal stories with a gourmet touch, for unique desserts. Pleincoeur Round 142 is the mould for making petit gateau.
