Pure Distilling Premium Spirit yeast will produce 25 litres of wash at approx 20% alc/vol in 5 to 7 days in summer and 7 to 10 days in winter.

Using 8kg or equivalent sugar. It is suitable for warmer climates as it is more Temperature Tolerant.
